1. Open a new image size with the width at 450 and the height at 450.

2. Set your foreground colour to #eddddd and your background colour to #f4b6b8. If using your own colours you will need a light and a dark colour.

3. Flood fill your work area with the light pink or colour of your choice.

4. Copy scrap background one and paste as a new layer.

5. On your layers paletter lower the opacity to 61.

6. Copy scrap background two and paste as a new layer, if using a different colour than that used in this tutorial you will need to colourize this layer to something that matches your light colour.

8. Lower the opacity of this layer to 44 and Merge Flatten these three pieces.

9. Copy and paste the passion girl tube and arrange to the left, if using a different colour colourize using the same settings you used on the background piece.

10. Lower the opacity of this tube to 57.

11. Toggle your colours, so that the light pink is now the background.

12. Copy and paste your svwaterdroplets tube, and arrange to the bottom right hand corner.

13. Click on your preset tool and select heart 1, set the settings to those below.

14. On your layers palette, right click and select convert to raster layer.

15. Using your magic wand select the dark pink area.

16. Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner bevel and set the bevel to settings below.

17. With the heart still selected click on the light pink area.

18. Go to Effects/Eye Candy 3/glass and set to the following settings.

19. Deselect.

20. Duplicate this layer.

21. Now arrange your two hearts near the right hand corner.

22. Click on your pen tool and draw a slightly diagonal line.

23. Add a New layer.

24. Close your foreground colour and have the background colour your dark colour.

25. Now click on your text tool and set to the settings below.

26. Hover your text tool over the diagonal line once your see an A with a half circle underneath it the left click and begin to type your name.

27. Deselect your name.

28. Add a new layer.

29. Hover your text tool once again over the diagonal line and click, BUT you will have to toggle your colours if in PSP X so that your background colour is now the light colour.

30. Now this is a preference thing, move your top name so it is just ever so slightly to the right and on top of the dark coloured name.

31. On your layers palette click on the bottom name layer (the dark name) and add the following drop shadow.

32. On your layers palette CLOSE your vector layer (the line)

33. Click on your background and hit copy.

34. Click on Image/Add Border select a colour slightly darker than your light colour as in the sample below.

35. Using your magic wand click the solid border area.

36. Add a new layer.

37. Right click on your image and select "Paste into Selection.

38. Go to Effects/Flaming Pear/Translines.

39. Now open your bow tube, if you are colourizing it is all set for you to do so.

40. Now deselect the selection.

41. Copy and paste your bow.

42. Go to Image/Free Rotate and set to the following.

43. Arrange your bow in the upper right hand corner, make sure the outer edges of the bow is covered.

44. Copy and paste your ribbon, and arrange on the left hand side and just right of the border.

45. Add the following drop shadow.

46. Copy and paste your ribbon trim tube and arrange over top of your ribbon.

47. Copy and paste your love chain tube and arrange over the ribbon as well.

48. Add your watermark and save.
